• You are an individual registering on your own behalf, not on behalf of another person or any unauthorised corporate entity.
• You are not prohibited from participating in online betting activities under any laws or regulations applicable to you.
• You may only hold one (1) active account on the 981 Kiss platform at any one time. Holding multiple accounts is strictly prohibited.
• All information you provide during registration must be truthful, accurate, and current. You are responsible for keeping your personal information up to date should any changes occur.

981 Kiss reserves the right to request identity verification documents (such as MyKad or passport) at any time to confirm a member's eligibility. Failure to submit the requested documents within the stipulated timeframe may result in temporary suspension or termination of the account.

Account Registration & Security Responsibilities

Registering an account with 981 Kiss is free and open to all individuals who meet the stated eligibility requirements. During the registration process, you are required to provide accurate and complete information, including your full name, phone number, valid email address, and preferred payment method.

As a 981 Kiss account holder, you are fully responsible for:

• Keeping your password and account login details confidential. Do not share your password with anyone.
• Ensuring your account is not used by any other individual, including members of your own family.
• Notifying 981 Kiss immediately if you become aware of any unauthorised access or activity on your account via email at support@981kiss.biz.
• Update your account information whenever changes occur to ensure the accuracy of your records.

Deposits & Payment Methods

All transactions on the 981 Kiss platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). 981 Kiss does not accept foreign currency for any deposit or withdrawal transactions. The payment methods accepted by 981 Kiss are as follows:

Deposits must be made from a bank account or e-wallet registered in the member's own name. 981 Kiss reserves the right to decline or return any deposit made from a third-party source. No additional charges are imposed by 981 Kiss for deposit transactions; however, any processing fees from the payment provider (if applicable) are the member's responsibility.

Withdrawal of Winnings

Winning withdrawals on 981 Kiss are processed within 15 minutes to 24 hours depending on the selected withdrawal method and account verification status. The minimum withdrawal amount is RM50 per transaction.

• Withdrawals may only be made to a bank account or digital wallet registered in the same name as the 981 Kiss account holder.
• Members are required to complete the Identity Verification (KYC) process before their first withdrawal can be processed.
• Bonus balances that have not met the rollover requirement are not eligible for withdrawal.
• 981 Kiss reserves the right to place withdrawals on hold for security verification purposes. This process typically takes no longer than 48 hours.
• Any withdrawal attempt suspected of involving money laundering will be reported to the relevant authorities.

Bonuses, Promotions & Rollover Requirements

981 Kiss offers a variety of bonuses and promotions to members from time to time. Each bonus is subject to specific terms that will be stated alongside the respective offer. The general terms applicable to all bonuses are as follows:

• Rollover: Most deposit bonuses require a rollover of between 5x and 20x the bonus value before a withdrawal is permitted. The specific rollover requirement will be stated for each promotion.
• Validity Period: Bonuses have an expiry date. Any unused bonus will be automatically forfeited once the specified validity period has lapsed.
• One Bonus at a Time: Only one active bonus is permitted at any given time unless otherwise stated.

General Betting Rules

All bets placed on the 981 Kiss platform are subject to the following rules, which apply across all game categories – Malaysia Super League football, EPL, BWF badminton, MPL Malaysia e-sports, live casino, roulette, table games, slots, and lottery:

• All confirmed bets are final and cannot be cancelled or amended once placed, except under specific circumstances as provided for under 981 Kiss's policy.
• Minimum and maximum betting limits for each game or market are set by 981 Kiss and are subject to change at any time without prior notice.
• In the event of a technical fault, system disruption, or unforeseen circumstance occurring during a live match or game, 981 Kiss reserves the right to void or suspend affected bets. Decisions made in such situations are final.
• Odds displayed on the 981 Kiss platform reflect the live odds at the time a bet is placed. 981 Kiss is not responsible for any display delays caused by connectivity issues on the member's end.
• Bets placed using funds derived from illegal activities will be voided immediately and reported to the relevant authorities.

For Live Casino games in particular, all decisions made by the dealer are final. In the event of a dispute, video recordings of the game will serve as the primary reference for resolving any complaint.

Fair Play & Anti-Fraud Policy

981 Kiss is committed to maintaining a fair, safe, and enjoyable betting environment for all members. The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in account termination and forfeiture of all balances without compensation:

• The use of any automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence systems to automate betting or interfere with the 981 Kiss platform.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes or exploit the bonus system.
• Any form of money laundering conducted through the 981 Kiss platform.
• Exploiting technical loopholes or system errors for unauthorised gain. Any winnings obtained through such methods will be voided.
• Making false or fraudulent claims related to transactions, bets, or promotions.
• Spreading false information about 981 Kiss to third parties or on social media with the intent to damage the platform's reputation.

981 Kiss operates a sophisticated fraud detection system that runs 24 hours a day. Any suspicious activity will be identified and investigated. We reserve the right to suspend any account suspected of involvement in fraudulent activity while an investigation is ongoing.

Account Suspension & Termination

981 Kiss reserves the right to suspend or terminate any member's account at any time for the following reasons:

• Violation of any term set out in these Terms & Conditions.
• Evidence or suspicion of involvement in fraudulent activity, money laundering, or behaviour that is harmful to the platform or other members.
• Failure to complete the identity verification (KYC) process within the stipulated timeframe.
• A voluntary self-exclusion request submitted by the member through the responsible gaming programme.
• Account inactivity for more than 12 consecutive months. Inactive accounts with a remaining balance will be notified via email before any action is taken.

If your account is terminated due to a breach of terms, any remaining balance will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Funds that were legitimately obtained and are unrelated to the violating activity may be returned at the sole discretion of 981 Kiss.

Liability Limits & Disclaimers

981 Kiss provides its betting platform on an "as-is" basis. While we strive to ensure the platform operates without interruption at all times, we cannot guarantee that our services will always be free from technical issues, errors, or circumstances beyond our control.

• 981 Kiss is not liable for any financial losses incurred as a result of betting outcomes, regardless of the circumstances.
• We are not liable for any losses caused by internet disruptions, device failures, or technical factors beyond our control.
• Marketing and promotional content is for informational purposes only and does not constitute a guarantee of winnings.
• 981 Kiss's maximum liability to any member under any circumstances shall not exceed the total deposits made by that member in the 30 days preceding the claim.
